Credits due to returns

Credits oncurred due to returns are deducted automatically when invoicing an order. The credit is not visible during the ordering process. The prerequisite for the application of the credit is that the payment method ‘purchase on account‘ is selected. Please note: it is not possible to use a voucher and a credit at the same time!
